- Contact us by phone/email with request for remote support. Ship management’s approval/order may be required for this service.
- Download Hansael Remote Support Program and run it on you PC (PC should have active Internet connection). Installation not required.
- Advise us the ID number which our program will generate. Having this number allows us to connect to your system.
